About the workshop:

This Class will teach you a wide range of recipes, filleting skills as well as looking at how to cook a range of seafood.

The class will start with a demonstration that will cover:
En Papillote
Fish Baked in Salt
Moules Marinier
Tuna Steak with Salsa

Scallops with Pea Purée
Pan Fried Sea Bass with Rustic Squash, Samphire and a Dill Velouté Foam
Lemon Possets with Berry Coulis and Rosemary Thins (made by the chefs)
