About the workshop:

Expand your horizons with our Vegan Cooking Class and learn all about cooking vegan food with confidence and competence. Not coincidentally, we have our Vegan Cooking Class during World Vegan Month.

We know it can be difficult to make vegan food shine if you aren’t used to making it, so this class aims to broaden your horizon of vegan food, ensuring that you leave with an array of exciting dishes to impress your family and friends. Whether you’re a committed vegan, or would just like to brush up your skills to cook for your friends, this course offers something for everyone.

Learn more about Diana Horsford, founder of The Avenue Cookery School:

“I think cooking is about confidence, it isn’t actually difficult, but you need to dare try different things and not to be afraid of failures. When something goes wrong, I tell my students it is fantastic, because then you can figure out how to correct it. When dishes turn out to be disasters in my kitchen, I don’t mind at all, I actually quite like it so I can show them how to turn it into something else.”
