About the workshop:
Whether you want to know how to hold a knife, or you want to perfect your technique and learn new cooking tricks, the Knife Skills Class is going to be very instructive and fun!
This knife skills class will teach you about knife sharpening and how to look after your blades of the most used knives, how to hold them, what they are used for and how to use them effectively in order to beautifully chop/slice/puree/julienne/dice/chiffonade/brunoise your ingredients.
You will start with a demonstration and will then get a lot of practice while making the below menu. We have chosen a menu that entails different knife skills in order for you to get a lot of practice.
After mastering the art you will get to sit down and before eating your delicious AND beautiful food you will get to admire your art work!

- Caramelised Onion and Rosemary Focaccia
