I realised that my best meditation retreat at this moment in my life is LIFE itself. My messy, juicy, painful, joyful, ordinary, extraordinary normal human life.
Living it from moment to moment, from breath to breath, living totally with complete awareness EVERYTHING that arises, is my meditation. More difficult and tougher than any Retreat in Himalayas and other places. There are so many triggers here – in each person we encounter and each situation we live through – a well of opportunities for awareness of our patterns and reactions.
