Unlocking Your Rib Cage
Sometimes, you just have to let it go. If you’re familiar with yoga and meditation, you’ll know how crucial the rib cage is for controlling breath, but this class will teach you techniques that take things to a whole new level.
We’ll teach you to assess the ranges of your movement, how to let go, and how to align your spine and rib cage properly to relieve pain. The methods you’ll learn can be used to tackle breathing issues, high blood pressure, and heart or digestive problems, as well as helping you to release frozen shoulder or rotator cut-off injuries.
In the modern world, foot pain conditions such as plantar fasciitis, achilles pain, ankle strains and sprains, and bunions are common — but that doesn’t mean you have to concede to suffering. In this workshop, you’ll learn to explore joint movements, correct your balance, and learn about the rules of gravity that affect your body. Even if you’re not experiencing foot pain, you’ll still be able to benefit from the techniques we teach.
Over the course of the class, you’ll find the tripods in your feet to help you feel connected with your body like never before, and learn practical techniques to ease pressure.

About Victoria Salomon
Victoria is a certified therapist focusing in Bodywork and Mobility with qualifications in Clinical Message, Systematic Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Medical Acupuncture, and more. From her Brighton base, she works with clients to help them overcome chronic pain and illnesses through her pioneering techniques.
After suffering from mental and physical health issues for much of her early life and failing to get the answers she needed from the medical system, she set out on her own path to seek answers, which is how she discovered the alternative medicines she specialises in today.
Throughout these experiences, she developed her own methodology known as the Ixchel System, which focuses on tackling chronic pain and illness through holistic techniques. This emphasises the importance of mobility and mindfulness. Our bodies are meant to move in three directions, and learning to move them correctly is often the key to easing pain.
