About the workshop:
Have you ever encountered situations where you were frustrated by a colleague who failed to deliver what he or she promised to deliver? Or occasions where you got upset by your children who did not behave the way you expected them to behave? Or maybe you have a dream project, but you have had hard time convincing people to follow your vision, and to make it a reality?
We all have such desires, the desire to be a creator, a leader, a person of influence. But why, sometimes, a good desire goes wrong? Why a healthy desire may end up in unhealthy ways, such as manipulating and controlling behaviours? Why instead of influencing, we are being influenced, negatively? And how can we break the destructive cycle of control and replace it with the constructive influence that leaders inspire in themselves and others?
In this workshop, we will explore five concepts in the ancient wisdom that can help us become a more effective leader and influencer in other’s life, as well as in our own.
