Want to improve your knife skills? Then join this Knife Skills Class!
It is all well and good producing great flavoured food but how about the look and the ease of cooking and prepping your ingredients? This knife skills class will teach you about knife sharpening and how to look after your blades of the most used knives, how to hold them, what they are used for and how to use them effectively in order to beautifully chop/slice/puree/julienne/dice/chiffonade/brunoise your ingredients.
You will start with a demonstration and will then get a lot of practice while preparing ingredients for the below menu that the chefs will then cook. We have chosen a menu that entails different knife skills in order for you to get a lot of practice.
After mastering the art you will get to sit down and before eating your delicious AND beautiful food you will get to admire your art work!
