Recognising our body’s reaction to an immediate stressor or threat is the first step to help us respond properly. In this workshop we will look at our reactivity, where it comes from and how to use ancient and modern tools to help us respond with awareness to stressful situations and go beyond the survival instinct. This will include perspectives from the neuroscience and quantum physics, as well as ancient lineage tools to successfully reduce our reactivity.
