Life is hard for two reasons:

Life is hard for two reasons:

“Because you are leaving your comfort zone, or because you are staying in it.”

Change is painful, especially when it comes to changing oneself. That is why most of us don’t change. Or, we will only start to make changes when the pain of not changing becomes greater than the pain of changing, which is oftentimes manifested in recurring unpleasant patterns, people, life situations; or worse, in the form of a “wakeup call”.

But it doesn’t have to be.

The truth is, we don’t really have a choice. It is not negotiable. Change has to happen, whether we are asleep or awake, as far as this one earthly life is concerned.

But, to change proactively, or reactively?

It is up to us to choose.
