About Paul Selvey:
Paul has practised Yoga for over 13 years and is a very qualified Yoga teacher having studied in London and India. Yoga certification of over 800 hours includes: Ashtanga, Power, Advanced adjustments, Yin, Meditation, Pranayama, Kriya, Mantra and Anatomy.
Paul teaches at all levels from beginner, wheelchair user to athlete. His teaching style is diverse ranging from Dynamic Yoga for strength building and alignment, Meditative Yin Yoga for calm & flexibility and Gentle Chair Yoga for the less mobile.
